B/c of HIPAA you don't even have to be specific, just say, "I have a condition".

True! And if they try and argue, or ask for a "doctor's note", you can offer your attorney's number instead.

ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act, 1990).. first violation is $75k fine, subsequent violations are $125k.. some nonsense like that.
