I saw the interview Mark Dice did with Roger Stone yesterday and I have to say I was pretty impressed with the man. Most of what we know about him is painted by the MSM, and we know what that means. What the deep state has put him through at the hands of the FBI is unfathomable..
One thing that was clear in the interview was that after he is cleared, he plans to go scorched earth on a lot of people. He was naming potential lawsuits and said he was just waiting for him to be cleared.
Will be interesting to find out. Roger won't be serving 80 months, that is for sure. I bet he is out by the end of the year. Would be awesome if it was reduced to just a fine.

Commuted to... what? Or does this guy not know what a pardon is? Or can a commutation be no jail, but still technically on his record?
He wasn't pardoned. Stone apparently said he didn't want to be pardoned because it implied guilt and he can still appeal without going to prison now?
That is the gist of it. Stone is wanting to clear his name, this keeps him out of prison and still allows him to appeal.
And destroy Judge Amy Berman Jackson's name in the process.

He wants Stone to avoid jail time but he also wants the case to work through the justice system. Stone can still appeal the guilty verdict.
