I think you misunderstood, I meant "harmless old bullshitter" as one of the highest forms of compliment to people in the political world. Meaning harmless to America. Roger Stone deserves our upmost respect and I didn't mean to imply otherwise. The man is a legendary "rat fucker" who practically invented gay ops and modern dirty tricks.
Whenever someone brings up the phrase "dog whistle" in front of me I say without fail, "you know the term 'dog whistle' was coined by Lee Attwater, who was notoriously full of shit at all times."
