the order is about giving priority to immigrants with merit vs people coming here just to take advantage of the government. DACA is still coming down folks. they're retrying the effort

So instead of immigrants coming here and competing with high school drop-outs for low-skill jobs they'll be coming here and competing with American college-educated workers and taking their jobs instead?
