The comments here are telling you what your friend must do: (1) Report it immediately to the school principal (2) Report it immediately to the school board (3) Have your friend keep ALL communication as evidence (4) Make a report to the police for sexual harassment and due to intimidation of this teacher per her position, your friend is afraid for their livelihood (5) Report to the school and police a complaint of gender and race discrimination since your friend is a Hispanic (minority) ... your friend can absolutely defend themselves but not going scorch earth on this teacher will allow her to continue her depravity and indoctrination for every other 2nd grader and guess what?
