I'm very lucky to have grown bigger boobs, but Trans people that go on hormones generally have very small boobs where you have to fake it. My boobs are getting to the point where I have had to upgrade my bras for bigger sizes every three months or so, but my case is very rare. My boobs have been some of the factors that help me pass very well.
