Broken window theory - once you allow some graffiti or broken windows, run down buildings, everyone starts adding more garbage and graffiti and pretty soon the whole place is a rat-infested dump. With all the money people are giving BLM, they have enough to clean up and repair these neighborhoods, but BLM isn't interesting in helping poor communities, just spreading communism.

Agreed! Same with deBlasio. Spends money in a affluent neighborhood to pander to poor neighborhoods that could actually use that money.
That BLM money could actually fix all these poor neighborhoods for sure.
