I have asked these kind of questions to many of my family members. Unfortunately, many of them have been severely brainwashed and have some of the highest levels of TDS. Some of them have just about disavowed me. I really don't give a shit because I know I'm fighting for something much larger that will affect my children and their children's futures. When they ask me, "How can you support a person who is treating Latino immigrants so poorly?"

I respond, "First of all, he's not treating any immigrants poorly whether they are legal or illegal. Secondly, he's asking that if they want to come to our country, they must do it legally in order to minimize harm to American citizens such as wage suppression caused by illegal immigrants. Also, I have no allegiance to any Latin American; only the United States of America."
