Judges have discretion and they should consider how volatile things are right now and give these hoaxers a few months. I mean you cant accident your way into a hoax hate crime so it isnt too harsh. Easy to avoid.

I would like to see the left ree because thousands lose the right to vote for felonies rioting and hoaxing. Thats the best way to combat incoming mail in voter fraud.
