I have to agree regarding Sessions. To have quit on day 1 and not fight for our President Trump, Sessions must be compromised in some major way. Whatever the Left was holding over his head, it has not gone away in my estimation. If your not going to even fight past day 1 on something that was proven to be a 100% hoax, how does that bode well for the major significant fights ahead of us?

1

None of that changes anything I said....

Tommy Tuberville has always been a piece of shit... I'm sorry that those of us living here have many more decades of experience dealing with him than Trump does....

Trump isn't picking TT because he knows, likes, or trusts him... He's very very clearly picking him because that's the Republican running against Sessions....

6

Ala-pede here

Roll Tide

Vote Tubberville

I read over your post, Tubberville isn’t a politician?? Isn’t that a good thing!! Remember Trump didn’t fit the mold either.

4
Panzershrekt 4 points ago +5 / -1

Not a good comparison. Trump brought a lot to the table. I don't even know what Tubberville has done outside of coaching Auburn.

Seesions did pretty good in Alabama, badly as AG.

Both choices really are meh.

1
DickTick 1 point ago +1 / -0

There is a HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE difference between Trump and TT... Trump actually has convictions he believes in...

Those of us in Auburn, and especially the ones like me who have personally known TT and his wife for decades, know the kind of man he is.....

1
Fourtyandfourtyfive 1 point ago +1 / -0

You maybe want to give an example or just spout off conjecture?

It’s almost the same for me as it was in 2016. I pulled the lever for Trump but only because he wasn’t Hillary.

I saw Trump hanging with know liberals. Wasn’t sure if he was gonna do what he said or just more political same same.

But he was the better option. He MIGHT have screwed us but Hillary was DEFINITELY gonna put the boot to the U.S. taxpayers.

Sessions has been called the most conservative in Congress but he’s also been there 30+ years. Feels swampy

Tubberville has said good things in interviews but saying and doing are two different things.

Either way, better than Doug Jones.

5

Tuberville honestly seems like the prototypical RINO who will stay in power for decades once he becomes an incumbent. Sessions, on the other hand, is at least good on the issues and will probably die or retire within the next decade. Better the coward than the RINO I say.

modern history

I'm interpreting that as

BG = Before GEOTUS, AG = After GEOTUS (not to be confused with Attorney General)

so OP is technically correct

11
Flcentipede 11 points ago +12 / -1

He was a terrible AG, but was also a pretty good senator. One of very few to fight amnesty and was the first to support GEOTUS. If I lived in AL, I would be torn.

1

4
deleted 4 points ago +4 / -0
1
JuicyfearsMAGA 1 point ago +4 / -3

Sessions made one giant mistake, but he fought hard for the wall, border security, and ending child trafficking. These are all some of the most important issues facing our country. Sessions would be a reliable vote in the Senate for the trump agenda, including what I mentioned above, and for the second amendment. He served Alabama well as senator in the past and would again.

4
FalconGK81 4 points ago +5 / -1

My concern is that he'll fuck GEOTUS for revenge.

I'm in AL, and I'm torn. I voted Luther Strange in the primary over Moore because GEOTUS asked me to (I was at the Huntsville rally). Part of me wants to continue that trend, but TT strikes me as a globalist cuck in MAGA clothes.

1
JuicyfearsMAGA 1 point ago +2 / -1

He isn't one to sacrifice his conservative principles for petty revenge. He isn't mitt Romney, as you could compare sessions record and beliefs to Romney and easily see the difference. I think sessions would be an ally in the Senate and fight the communist liberals at every turn. His mistakes as attorney general in regard to the Russian hoax does not change my thoughts on his record in the Senate or his importance of he is reelected

0
Mammoth_Actuary 0 points ago +2 / -2

If Luther Strange won, we would'nt have Doug Jones in the Senate. LISTEN TO POTUS

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
1
JuicyfearsMAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

There is nothing about Sessions that would garner him being labelled a commie. His record in the Senate goes long beyond Trump's time running for president, and his record is that of pro religious liberty, pro America first, and pro borders. There's a reason he was the first to enforce Trump, and that's because they have an agenda that is very much in alignment

4

There was a young kid that came out on Twitter saying it was started by him an a group of friends and then ended up growing beyond something they could control. He actually engaged twitter when they tried to call him out as lying. I don't know for sure if he was lying, but he sure didn't back down and even gave some evidence that he may have been involved.

10
Mrsattorney 10 points ago +11 / -1

I wouldn't be surprised because the style of the posts have changed dramatically. I don't know when they changed because I didn't follow it continuously. Originally, they were very cryptic and now they seem to just be telling people to stay the course kind of thing.

1
wooleyswamp 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm willing to be convinced, but one of the Q "proofs" are posts to the chans with timestamps coinciding with a GEOTUS tweet, right?

Did the kid have an explanation for how that's accomplished?

3
Basedfaggot 3 points ago +5 / -2

Can you explain? I haven’t followed Q at all

21
riffology 21 points ago +24 / -3

There are these things called Q drops where videos or statements from some person/people when Huber and Sessions were still in place saying to trust the plan and that some great plan was being hatched to catch all of the deep state perpetrators. Ultimately, when people started saying that Sessions and Huber were fuck-ups, these Q drops kept saying to trust them as it was part of the "plan" to dig out the deep-state. In the end, Sessions and Huber were fuck-ups.

6
mixednuts86 6 points ago +11 / -5

I think there is a legitimate case to be made that Trump has had to work through his own administration to weed out the phonies. I wouldn't doubt that Trump along with Q legitimately believed sessions was apart of the plan only to realize they were being played.

Literally every system in DC seems to have corruption baked in.

That being said, I haven't followed Q closely enough to know what dots have connected and what haven't. I do know that there is a mass campaign to discredit him as a conspiracy much like other things we've seen more recently, so perhaps there is a bit of truth there.

6
Grief 6 points ago +10 / -4

Because it IS a conspiracy to make Trump supporters complacent. Q was proven a LARP long ago and its being talked about here because he's trying to rejoin the Swamp.

2
bitterbut_true 2 points ago +3 / -1

Anyway, go to Qmap.pub if you're interested in finding out about Q.

2
brapbrapbrap 2 points ago +4 / -2

People forget that Q is just supposedly an insider in the Trump administration, he's not a psychic or a time traveller. Maybe the Trump admin really did trust Sessions and he let them down or double crossed them.

1
Tylerlc22 1 point ago +7 / -6

I said in an earlier post Q shit is the only stuff that even feels remotely positive at this point. People can say Q followers are larping but they aren't larping anymore than we are.

All of us, from the top down, are sitting behind keyboards, phones, tablets, whatever, larping about taking action. Yelling for action and for people to take back their cities.

It isnt happening. The St Louis couple having their weapons taken.. Seriously.

I'm just at fault but while these socialists take to the streets, burn, loot, riot, peacefully of course, we arent doing amything to counter them.

Yes there have been some arrests and federal charges. Great. But they are still out there, orga izing and doing harm while we all talk about it

Again, I'm not blaming anyone. I know we have more to lose.. Jobs and what not. We go to work so they can riot basically but where is the line.

No more tweets.. Action.

"They are letting them show themselves and show the people who thy are blah blah so forth and so on"

How much longer to average americans have to suffer through this bull shit.

1
wooleyswamp 1 point ago +3 / -2

We are doing something. Check out this Q drop from 6/30: https://qmap.pub/read/4550

Until that, I was kinda "meh" about Q. Hopeful, yet unconvinced. Since then, I've been looking for signs. People ARE waking up. And the "sit back and let them shit the bed" strategy is working!

They tear down statues, riot, murder, destroy entire Blue Cities. Where's the Right? Watching these idiots show EVERYONE exactly what's coming if we follow democrats (Marxists) off the cliff.

Until this happened, I know several people that would give me that "oh, wooley's on his conspiracy shit again" look when I'd try to tell them what the far left really was. Now, it's all over the news.

If Trump loses, then the time for patience is over. But until then, we keep our hands clean and help R's at every level of government regain control.

IMHO, anyway.

The left has some (hopefully) weak arguments against him in the Roy Moore vein. Something about lenient punishment against a football player on the team he coached pleading down a sex charge.

The good thing is that the MeToo movement has lost some legitimacy although it could easily be revived when anything GEOTUS comes up.

23
IAbsolutelyDare 23 points ago +23 / -0

Trump didn't need protecting because he did nothing wrong.

Sessions a) allowed an obviously phony frame job to go on for two years, and b) refused to prosecute any actual deep state wrongdoing, despite dozens of criminal referrals.

Both are bad, but the second is ultimately the much bigger deal.

Tucker is anti-immigration and so is Sessions. It's a big issue for him, so he gives Sessions some air time. I wouldn't have a problem with Sessions if he had admitted he was duped. He refuses to apologize. He should have come clean and said, "Boy was I fooled. These people who investigated the President should all be in jail." Instead, he says he did the right thing and "allowed the President to be exonerated." It's just outrageous.

It wasn’t cowardice or lack of faith - it was a backstab. Sessions knowingly stabbed our President in the back. I don’t know Tuberville, but Sessions doesn’t deserve to hold his head high in public, much less public office.

100% agree. Recusal should be a serious thing. Seems to me he did it to get out of having to do his job.

He basically went out of his way to recuse himself. What kind of fucking cuck gets the job then lets it go right through his fingers? That bitch fucked us over for two years while ranting about the evils of marijuana.

Trump is not infallible.

Most of his picks have been good, but you cannot deny that some have turned out to be duds.

Unfortunately for Trump, Alabama only has duds currently.

I believe Trump, but as a Texas Tech fan I can not endorse the idea that Tommy Tuberville is a winner that will never let you down.

9
IcarusGoodman 9 points ago +10 / -1

Ehhhhhh.....

Right now, I'm still leaning toward the Elf.

I know he sucked as AG and Trump is rightfully still pissed at him, but we're not electing him as an AG, this is a senate seat.

As a senator Sessions was pretty solid. He's a reliable vote against illegal immigration and other nonsense and he has the experience and connections there to pull more weight. Tubs is new, so will have little influence and has no record outside of some disturbing things in his past.

I'm looking for a solid, reliable, conservative vote, and Tubs is just too much of a wildcard.

Change my mind.

Jeff Sessions is america first always has been. He made a huge mistake as AG, but his work on the green card is truly America First. Tuberville is a fake. Trump is making a mistake big time here.

So people should base their American vote on a tweety tweet? For Trump it’s very personal and I get that. But voters need to look at what their actual policies are and vote with their head not emotion.

6
Thun 6 points ago +8 / -2

When Jason Chaffetz asked Sessions to subpoena Hillary's IT guy, Brian Pagliano, Sessions told Chaffetz that he couldn't because it's too close to Hillary. Then he appointed Huber to investigate Hillary's involvement into U1 and Huber swept it all under the rug. Sessions is Deep State as far as I'm concerned.

3
IAbsolutelyDare 3 points ago +5 / -2

Sessions' job was to sideline prosecutions of the Deep State while giving no other reason for Trump to fire him, thus setting up an impeachment trap as well as letting the spooks off with nothing. Anyone who votes for him is either a commie or insane.

If anyone says "But muh policy", all you need to remember is that personnel is policy.

Mitt Romney should have received this same treatment instead of endorsing him. Weakest thing GEOTUS ever did.

Sessions should not be given a chance to fuck up the country again. He is a traitor

Yeti2 5 points ago +6 / -1

Sessions will win this one. The way I see it, besides his horrendous recusal error as AG, he has a record that will gain him enough support.

5
bitterbut_true 5 points ago +5 / -0

Which is why EVERYBODY reading this kick back and celebrate these next 12 to 24 hours over the Roger Stone WIN!!...forget the rest...don't think/worry about ANYTHING else because these GREAT 'wins' don't come often enough..

In a few days EVERYBODY'S going to be depressed again because Sessions (probably) wins. Then of course the next hoax or anti-MAGA drama is unleashed for the mainstreams. However right now, we own THIS moment.

We wouldn't be in this position if people would have voted for Luther Strange. I tried to tell all the dumbasses around me , the DNC was gonna expose goofy ass Roy Moore. Strange wasn't anything to be excited about but he would have toted Trump's water. Seesions is the better choice for Alabama long term, but there's no way he wouldn't have a vendetta against Trump and I just can't forgive him for recusing. So as shitty of a candidate that I think Tubbs is, I got to vote for him. Doug Jones is toast in the general, I just wish Sessions would have retired, but we all know career politicians can't let go of the power, like the other worthless career senator we have (Shelby 33 years).

VOTE MAGA. Voting for a Ned Flanders Republican in a primary is akin to sending a pussy cat to a war zone

4
bitterbut_true 4 points ago +6 / -2

So there y go. Trust the plan. Sessions is a WHITE HAT who was doing all this important work, intrigue actually..behind the scenes...while everyone was focussed on "mah Russia". Jeff played his part brilliantly recusing.

'Mah Russia" was nothing to worry or complain about. Part of "the plan". And it wasn't deliberate misinformation (i.e pacification propaganda) by those who said so. Thankfully Trump proves it in this tweet backing Jeff. Thank you for your service Jeff.

Now tell us about 'Q'.

DignityDude 4 points ago +6 / -2

A disaster as AG but a great Senator. Frankly I want Sessions more than pro-immigration Tuberville. Sessions can’t recuse himself in the Senate over BS charges.

As a hardcore Cincinnati Bearcats fan, I can most certainly say Tommy Tuberville has let me down.

lifeisahologram 4 points ago +6 / -2

I think this will be a good test if people are waking up.

Because politicians, no matter how shitty, once they are elected, seem to get re-elected on name recognition only. No matter how evil or shit they are, we the people re-elect them for 40 years like idiots.

But if Sessions loses I think it shows people are finally paying attention. We need that, if trumps second term is going to be productive we need to vote him in some true help.

Gonna be an interesting race to watch. Will the groundswell oust Sessions, the man that sat on his ass whilst the Deep State perpetrated hoax after hoax? Or will the GOP prevail and thus a slow decay of the republic guaranteed.

3

I know sessions fucked Trump w Mueller, but Tuberville is a Rino globalist

3

Will the media run a nonstop hit piece against Tommy Tuberville like what was done against Roy Moore? Paint him as a pedophile without evidence?

The MAGA hating media will have no choice, the fake stories are already written; against Tuberville or Sessions, to save Jones senate seat at ALL costs.

Thank you. Dissenting opinions should be valued.

A different opinion =/= not supporting President Trump.

Indeed, Sessions was an early passenger on the Trump Train/MAGA Team.
