I do think cases and deaths are going up. We’re apparently getting significant overflow from the southern border. The rise in border counties is higher than non border counties, by a lot.

First, I do think they're over-reporting, but whatever, we'll use the data for argument's sake.
Second, look at the the oscillation in the graph. We're currently at a local peak, but the overall trend is DOWN.
