Only an absolute idiot would think that these pedos actually package a child up inside of a cabinet put that cabinet onto a box truck and send the whole kit & caboodle to your house.

I doubt they actually ship kids in cabinets. The "cabinets" are just there in place of a photo. That's just a hunch, logistically it makes more sense.
