At best, Kanye's attempt is a boutique campaign. He already missed four state's deadline to formally be listed on the November 3rd ballot. My take is that when Dementia Joe responded "You ain't black" to Charlamagne Tha God, that was the final straw for Kanye in that the black population is overlooked every 3 1/2 years. And that population only garners attention by the Democrats six months prior to the Gen Election every four years. So Kanye entered the race to play spoiler and siphon off votes from Biden. Honestly, when Biden bails out on the future debates against GEOTUS, then Kanye should be readily available to stand at Biden's podium on those occasions.

How else would Dementia Joe bow out of the debates? It is apparent that his cognitive skills do not lend themselves well for the debate. And if he did show up for the debate, it would be like a gazelle to a lion. So I do not see anyway forward for Jungle Joe to debate President Trump. Will he use the coronavirus as his excuse? Will he use his olling above President Trump as an excuse?

And when Biden bails on the debate(s), it'll only reinforce his inability to cognitively process. That ill-fated move by the Biden campaign will hand the re-election to President Trump.

I think all the campaign stops, press meetings, et cetera have no bearing on the outcome of the Gen Election. I really feel that the Biden performance during the febates eill be the determinant of who wins on November 3rd. I opine that Biden will have a debate meltdown similar to how Pocohontas took down Bloomberg at that first Dem debate. Following that Bloomberg performance, his campaign was never really heard from again. And Bloomberg spent $1.2B of his own money! Of course, following the Trump-Biden debate, the talking heads at CNN and MSNBC will try to.spin the Biden performance as "brave", but we are not seeking to elect a brave Alzheimer's patient as President!

I think there's two possibilities:

One is that whoever the VP is will be groomed to take over for Biden shortly after the election. I imagine that the party is taking their time with this so as to have maximum dramatic impact as the election picks up.

The other is that there is no VP pick. The party realizes he has no chance against Trump, and will instead swap in someone else at the Democratic convention.
