It’s there because there are statues of every president in Rapid City, we are near Mt Rushmore, presidents are kind of our gimmick. And if she did I don’t think anyone local would stop her.

Fun fact: in the ridiculously horrible winter weather people dress the statues in hats and scarves so people who don’t have them can take them.
