For Texas, it appears a Pede would have to literally contact the Secretary of the State and inquire by calling the office how to become a Poll Watcher:
A lot of places will have poll worker shortages with coronavirus. A lot of poll workers skew older. Quite a few articles going around about this on the MSM.
There will obviously be a limit to the number of poll workers. My precinct usually has the same ones working all the time.
I think a better question is: how do I become a poll watcher ?
