I currently live in NY state, which as everybody here knows, has been absolutely teeming with wuflu hysteria for months now with no end in sight. I would like to take a trip sometime in the coming weeks to a free state, but don't know where to go. I'm looking for a state that has optional/no masks, open bars (a plus if smoking is still legal in bars), open entertainment venues, open campgrounds (where I'll probably stay), legal casinos will be a plus, and preferably within 10-15 hours driving distance from the NYC metro area.

Northern California a few weeks ago in Yosemite/Mammoth was amazing.

USA flags everywhere, hardly any masks being worn. National park needs reservation. But man, ringing in the 4th in a national park was incredibly freeing.! Highly recommend.

If you’re road tripping I’m imagining Reno/Tahoe region would be an option too, although I’m not on the ground to confirm conditions

Northwest Indiana. You cannot smoke in bars, but you can in the Casinos. Most everything is open and masks are optional.

Doesn't meet all of your requirements, but Cape May County in NJ might fit. Atlantic City gambling nearby. Hardly anyone is wearing masks. Lots of campgrounds minutes from the beach. Downside - no inside bars, but lots of outside bars and entertainment. Cucked State, but nobody is paying attention down here to Murphy's silly rules, except for indoor restaurants.

That’s a heavy checklist pede. Open bars, smoking, casinos, nearby camping and not in a China Flu panic....god speed.
