The lessons learned is to make sure you keep your guns clean so that they do not jam and don't post pictures of your gun collection on social media.

The sheriff believes that the owner may have been targeted because he had recently posted pictures of a large gun collection he owned on social media.

Your first mistake. Never make yourself an enticing target like this.

Sherrif also said that there was some history/relationship the owner had with the perps., so we might not get 'the rest of the story '

If police are demoralized and abandoned by Democratic Party officials now, all of us will have to defend ourselves and our homes.

Best part of the story is the neighbor stopping the one who ran away and holding him at gunpoint until police arrive. Don’t fuck around in Florida. We have castle doctrine and guns and will use them if we have to.

I know... it's like these young kids don't watch the news and see dead felons in body bags.

It happens so much down there I'm surprised it makes the news anymore... I guess this one was especially spectacular. Homeowner managed to kill two, and neighbor detained the third. Very Wyatt Earpesque.

I've said this here before: why are people bragging on line with identifying pictures of valuable weapons that the police state is only a few votes shy of confiscating forcibly, even if joggers don't?
