After reading the Army mistakenly sent out an email with BLM talking points, I guarantee it was some type of inclusion in equity office that created the email, then sent out by a military member who the sympathetic to this cause.

This is happening in other federal agencies. National Archives and Administration (NARA, which holds the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, all military records, presidential libraries, etc) just hired Dr. Benjamin Reese to heard their EEO office. He consistently espouses black-like matter talking points. Problem is that this are a disputed and political topics. He is telling an entire agency on a (7/9/2020) conference call that blacks are disproportionately targeted by police. This was a Possible Hatch Act Violation, waiting for the transcript to be published.

Now, since he is the head of the equality office, if one employee was to disagree with BLM talking points, they could get disciplinary action taken.
