This is very interesting. The first thing I notice is how pixelated it is. I would imagine the pixelation would make the photoshopping easier if it were to be photoshopped. The second thing I notice is that his torso seems to be disproportionate to his legs. I know everyone has different dimensions, but his torso seems rather long compared to his legs. If this were a real photo, who supposedly took it? Is the yellow circle supposed to highlight his closed eyes?
I believe it's to highlight the weird blurriness around his hair. The stills came from this dashcam video. And, even when you consider the compression from the camera, his torso proportions, the way he's dressed, how he doesn't even seem to move a shift besides the perspective of the truck approaching, seems off (hard to tell as that is).
No info on the driver that I'm seeing, but these are Hollywood people he was accusing, I wonder how easy it'd be to make something like this with only a couple photos.

Yeah the torso proportions and wardrobe are suspect. This could have easily been manufactured. Great contribution to this case.
