They're getting you on the technicality of these new (fake) gender definitions. The way to get around it is to say "Only genetic females get cervical cancer". This forces them to differentiate sex from gender.

Good point. But also why couldn't they just assume you referenced genetic females if it was unspecified? Please try your technique and let me know how it goes on social media.

It doesn't allow people to interpret your comment the way they want to. You're talking about biological sex.

The root of the problem is they're banning on the fallacy of equivocation, not even bothering to establish if the writer meant "sex" vs new conceptions of "gender". By specifying genetic, you deny them their ability to fuck you over with these technicalities.
