I'm actually very disappointed at the results of the elections, why the goddamned hell did it come so close?! Next time a commie will win, I personally consider poland to be in the early stages of being irealand part 2: the retardening.
Just 20 years ago ireland voted against legalizing killing human beings in the womb, recently it won by like 70%.
I just fucking hate how evil the world is, and getting worse by the year.
A similar election happened recently in colombia, the openly socialist evil piece of shit lost but expressed a sentiment close to what I'm saying here, he got very, very close, and was satisfied with that.
By the way, colombia is RIGHT NEXT TO VENEZUELA, this having happened several years after the start of hyper inflation.
No Poland isn’t on the same trajectory as the US. It’s not going ever more left. The presidency is mostly a figurehead position in Poland and Duda isn’t a particularly sympathetic character. The elections to watch will be to the Sejm (Congress) and whether Morawiecki will keep the PM position. In 2015 PiS (Law and Justice Conservative party) won a historic election. For the first time since the end of communism a party won an outright majority and didn’t have to create a confederated government. They pushed through a ton of changes and got a lot of swamp rats left over from communism thrown out of the Justice department—but there’s a lot more to do.

Sounds optimistic, but I'm realistic, not getting my hopes up.
