The Pepe thing came from 4chan /pol/ originally. But it was adopted with gusto by t_d. I dropped her a link with a decent rundown of the Pepe/Kek basics. There are some tangents to the Pepe thing too, like the imaginary country of Kekistan. But baby steps. I may drop some more things, like our song of joy "Never Come Down." But it's "Naked and Afraid" night and that's the one TV show I watch religiously. And I don't want to overwhelm your friend drinking from the fire hose of t_d lore.
Ha! Strange that I know most of this, guess I picked it up from all the Conservative sites that I've been reading through the years but it is nice to have it all in one place. I'll make sure she reads it. I too don't want to overwhelm my new friend. She says she has to get used to the site but I suppose she'll be posting soon. I seriously just met her because she was making my lefty neighbors crying and whining like bitches and I had to talk to her and introduce her to this site.
