her goons will still show up and penalize the store for non enforcement when Karen takes a picture and sends it to the Gestapo Hotline. the Constitution is "above their pay grade"

They also put "HIPPAA," completely bypassing the whole "Is it two Ps or two As?" issue

I love it but will it stop the Libtards from screaming at me and harassing me? Probably not but it’s a start in the right direction I guess.

Use the Americans with Disabilities Act instead. Has actual teeth.

I hate living in California. Our grocery stores have security guards posted at every entrance that wont let you enter without a mask. Some stores kept this up even during the brief time before our fuckup governor reinstated the mask requirements.

HIPAA has nothing to do with this. It only applies to health care facilities and services. It’s a complex law, but essentially it says that health care providers have to keep your personal medical information private. They can only share it with other people when you give permission.

You kind of see how the government is acting as health care services? And making other agents of their services? That's what bugs me. Here is socialized medicine right in front of us.

You are quite wrong. It is the right for your personal medical history not to be shared with any business/person. I challenge you to read and understand it. Yes, it started out to protect hospitals from telling/selling your info, but multiple iterations have been won in court how it applies to any business, public or private.

So Gobberwarts.

If HIPPA says healthcare providers have to keep medical info secret, how is Walmart gonna make me??

There are exactly two people involved with my healthcare. Me and sawbones. Neither of us are talkin!
