They are ripping off his campaign. Every YouTube ad from Trump campaign starts and leaves after 2 seconds. YouTube charges them each time.
Apple has 100% got to be in on it. They are just ignoring it even though they know it is blatant fraud. Besides the obvious ways of identifying it like this, they only count scores from verified people with long use of Apple ID. So unless these fraudsters are hacked accounts from hundreds of thousands of daily active iPhones they can tell.
Exactly why these conmen can’t create a useless paid app then bump it to the top of the charts. But I guess as long as it’s OrAnGe MaN BaD Apple doesn’t give a shit about the integrity of their App Store.
Since this is an official election campaign app Apple needs to get slapped hard by DOJ for allowing such unbelievable fraud. Perhaps we should blame the Russians and Mueller and the team will jump right on it...

This is clearly an inside job. Try posting 10 identical paragraphs from different accounts to any other app and algorithm will remove it.
Looks like one of their software engineers just disabled all fraud detection so people could keep downvoting it but the few idiots that posted identical comments gave it up.

Nothing is going to change until someone in the administration cracks down hard on Big Tech for election rigging. The problem is that the GOP center of power (including the President) is mostly a bunch of boomers who don't fully understand how all this "new-fangled tech stuff" works. The same issue has been hitting Parler over the past couple weeks, and I’ve gotten several clearly-fake reviews taken down for being spam.
They usually have a threshold for review. Like five users flag one and it may or may not be taken down and this happens for each instance. It may not work out. The only way is to federally hold them accountable so they'll stop allowing this.
