I do get your basic point I just think it might be a stretch unless part of the overall "wait it out until Biden or someone else gets in" strategy. but they didn't bribe 400+ members of congress so our companies are benefiting bigly or moreso with us there.
Yeah I mean I don't know why they'd want to push that but money is usually the most apparent reason. Another reason is tying resources to a fixed place.
