What a bunch of fucking morons. Their correction only enhances the impression that they are idiots.

It's no impression. They ARE idiots!

That's actually the sense of an impression. Somehow it's gained the connotation that it's a false thing. Like, let's say you take a Pawn from a Chess Set, lay it on its side on soft clay, and then pres down. You'll get an Impression of that Pawn. It's a 50% 3-dimensional image of the original. An accurate representation of what you would see looking at the pawn from one side, only in opposite proportion, like a negative spatial photograph.

So think of it this way. We're the block of clay. Previously, they'd been pressed down around 25%. We were pretty damn sure that they were idiots. But now they've pressed down all the way, remolded the clay around themselves, and then bisected the clay, creating TWO matching impressions which could be used as a cast when the clay dries, to successfully recreate just what huge idiots they are.

Someone needs to break that idiot mold, because supply has way outrun demand for the product it is used to make.

Do you think the journos at USA Today are that dumb?

I don't think so. I think they make purposeful propaganda that they know is false and misleading. They aren't dumb, the just assume the sheep reading the headline are that dumb.

They're dumb in the sense that they willfully believe the nonsense they say and they did not come up with it on their own. They're sheep.

I wonder how many clicks that article got and drove up advertising sales. It might be working in the short term, but I also wouldn't be surprised if people cancelled their subscription. This is the real reason why the news is hurting, not Trump, people are tired of the propaganda.

They totally know what they are doing and know there will be no repercussions for spreading misinformation.
