The word racism has worked so well that they try to use it in everything.
Systemic Racism is just a way for them to say the system itself is racist when it’s not. This then gives them the excuse to try and change it.

I’ve heard people say that because the people who wrote the constitution were racist, that the whole system is racist.

That's the Declaration, but sure.
They fully intended abolishment of slavery. It was the middle east and african slave traders that did not want them to do so.
Could only fight one fight at a time.
That seems dubious. The US actually banned import of slaves pretty early on, but slavery persisted off US-born slaves for several more decades.
Read a book. Or maybe the phrase "all men are created equal" might tip you off to what they were thinking at the time.
That means even they don't understand the word, which is funny. It means whoever said that is just parroting something they heard and little understand.
Show me one law that they wrote that points to skin color in it's definition.
