I want the ad to focus on local elections such as the Mayor, City Council, District Attorney, District Judges, Board of Education, County Commissioner, and State Representative (Local to NC)

Keep it simple. You want people to be able to read it while driving. Too many words and it starts to look like a leftist meme. I like memes that make people ask questions. I don't know who your local politicians are so I will use Joe Biden.
