As I understand it, Warren Wilhelm Sr. was an abusive alcoholic who abandoned his family. His wife reverted to her maiden name De Blasio, and Warren Jr changed his name to match when he was old enough to do so.
How come nobody ever talks about William Jefferson Blythe III?
