The official state data is available here: https://floridahealthcovid19.gov/ If you scroll down to where it says "Case, monitoring and PUI information" and click on See State Report you will find the testing data being reported by the state. The individual testing center data starts on p. 25. There are a whole bunch of 100% and several 90+%.
And many with over 100 tests. No way any lab with that many tests could be 100 percent positive. The highest number I saw of 100 percent positive was a lab with 446 tests (page 29).
