Here's an abstract idea that everyone should love!
Double all Police Officer's salaries, but also double the penalties, fines and prison sentences for every officer convicted of "any" criminal offence, including minor traffic infractions, civil offences and violations. In fact, lets push this "Double-Up For America Program" to all tax-payer funded judicial, correctional and government officials and employees. This will insure that only those with the best intentions are seated in those important positions.
Judges should be Triple the penalties and "half" the wages. These judge positions should be only taken by those with extremely high moral value and an overpowering desire for correct justice.

Yeahno, how about we simply enforce Law equitably?
No sanctuary city mayors or governors or LE agencies, no Congress who refuses to Honor their Oaths, no Judges giving freak sentences, no time off for good behavior, no parole for habitual criminals, no lawyers perverting Justice, no fake news media, no quotas or special classes of citizens. All citizens have equal responsibilities under the Law, equal liabilities.
How about we simply go back to Rule of Law? No exceptions. All across the board.
Simply doing that, pushing government back inside Constitutional Law, would solve or obviate most of the 'issues' which plague Society.
Penalties already exist, including death penalties; would you reincarnate a cop just to kill him twice?
We need reforms in government, not just LE. Term limits, including SCOTUS. Instant removal/jail for malfeasances and corruptions of any kind. A ban on public sector unions, people are unique individuals and must be held accountable each on their own merit, with loyalty only to the government they serve, not a political agenda or mob.
We have a lot of clean up needs to be done, getting rid of PC-think and restoring God in our Society, yeah.
But most of that achieves itself if we simply enforce the Rule of Law.
It may be that government is no longer capable of that tho, We the People may have to rise up.
Not doubling punishments tho, simply having real Law enforcement is all it takes.
Yeah pay honest cops better, pay honest teachers and nurses, yeah, sure. Jail dishonest ones, sure, we have the Laws already we just choose to not use them. That's on us, not on the Law.
