He's probably talking about the people who entered legally yet then decided not the leave when it was time to. Those types do exist, but have nothing to do with walls preventing illegals from just walking across our borders. In my opinion we should kick out anyone that is found to be here illegally and just coming into the country by illegally crossing our borders means you've broken the law and are a criminal.
That makes perfect sense. I’ll personally give him the benefit of doubt b/c I also made a poorly worded comment a few days ago that got interpreted completely opposite of what I meant and got me downvoted to hell, called a troll amongst much worse, untoward names ;)
