The Sun Belt as a whole is most likely lost, but its hard to tell what will happen as this next wave of white flight continues. Whites are fleeing in record numbers from New York, Massachusetts, California, Illinois, etc. Arizona's demographics aren't rapidly shifting because despite the majority of births being Mexican all of the older western whites retire there.
Our best chance is to get people to be more or less undercover and have institutional power, when the dollar finally collapses there will be a small window where the welfare state can be dismantled and many will just self deport out of necessity.
It didn't flip blue, it got colonized by Hispanics and Asians. The white share of the population has shrunk from 92% in 1960 to 40% now. That is a 50% change in the population distribution in two generations.
Texas is next.
