Targeting blacks as a whole is ineffective, black women vote 95% for Democrats. Black men are slightly more malleable but have lower turnout. An effective strategy I think would be in targeting working class black fathers, but even then 75% of black kids are born out of wedlock. I agree that the efforts to convince them to vote for Republicans are probably a waste of time, if Trump loses its going to be because of the amount of political capital he spent trying to win over blacks and hispanics over increasing white turnout.

Yeah, well our people have been through worse, as the understanding of this situation spreads (the riots are helping) the better a chance we'll have.
