This! I've talked with a few Hispanics and they don't like the fact that Biden hasn't come out of hiding. They want to hear what he has to say, but they have mentioned not having a presence right now is bad while Trump is constantly out front. Plus, a few have mentioned that they will not vote for him if Kamala Harris is his vp.
