The crazy thing is they had all these unused field hospitals, emergency medical centers set up in empty warehouses, a Navy hospital ship. Millions spent on unused resources that could have taken these patients. But he choose to send biological bombs into nursing homes. Did he do it on purpose??
It was all in the hands of the local gov. & mayor in each state to decide how to handle it and gov Cuomo did the worst. The hair raising stories I've heard coming out of all NYC hospitals are awful!! & that idiot quickly made a law no one can sue him. He has blood on his hands

Then governed David Patterson covered up this while running for election as governor and Cuomo throughout his campaign did everything possible to avoid any real debates with upstate tea party candidate Carl Paladino who was his competitor.
