If the virus goes 99.99999% away thanks to Fauci's genius lock down, but one person slips through, doesn't it restart the cycle and we begin all over? This all started with 1 or maybe a handful of people.
I get herd immunity might happen and that should help the odds, but the lock down logic makes no sense unless it was 100% eradication, which would be impossible. We just repeat the lock down cycle forever until everyone is dead or herd immunity kicks in.
Don’t you remember, the entire point of the lockdown was to flatten the curve and prevent hospitals from being overrun. It has absolutely nothing with ruining the economy during an election year.
