be subtle about it and print out all the media stories that slammed Trump and HCQ and hand them to her with the most salient points highlighted. the opportunity isn't about Trump here its to let somebody self red pill on the media bias.
once people see the media bias there is really no supporting Joe BIden or going back to the plantation. that's almost all it takes. if she still needs a gentle push just remind her that these people did this ONLY to hurt Trump's reputation and they don't give a damn about the real world consequences.
