At the antifa riot on 13 July, Portland Police arrested Jesse Herman Bates. He's accused of using a slingshot to fire a ballbearing at a @PDXFire medic. He took off running & was armed w/a crowbar. Police arrested him & found many other weapons on him. (twitter.com)
