I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of the Toynbee Tiles but they are these mysterious tiles that have shown up all over the world embedded in streets. No one ever saw anyone place them there, they would just show up.
Later, they found out that the guy that was placing them was using a VW Bug with a hole cut in the floor. He would pull up, place the tile on the street and putty it in and then drive off. No one ever caught him.
Someone needs to get a cheap car, cut a hole in the floorboard and drive over the BLM graffiti and dump paint on it as they drive over it.
Everytime DeBlasio cleans it up, drive over it again and dump paint on it.
