If you marry someone with the same values it makes the marriage. I don’t think men should get married unless children are on the immediate horizon. Being married is the best way to ensure the man can have a prominent role in the child’s life. It’s up uphill battle if you have a child without being married and things go south.

Starting a family is a big decision, I personally I am old fashioned, children need to be brought up by their parents, and with modern families with both parents working full time, this is the result.
Child care should be sparse, not the norm, kids these days get to see their careers more than their parents, this is NOT a good idea.
I have no problem with parents taking jobs when their children are at school, however, that's not full time job hours.
