The point was that we have a Constitution that is supposed to establish the God-given rights the government is required to preserve, and individual states (as well as the Feds) "interpret" the "limits" of that right by restricting magazines, CCDW permits, etc. That needs to end.

Re-read my comment above. We're playing semantics between whether the Constitution protects your right or the government's adherence to the Constitution does, but we have the same understanding.
