How the heck does this happen? Being off by 90 percent is either faulty testing machines, incompetence or just straight up lying. But I dont see what the incentive is for the lab techs to make up false positives?

That's a good point. Whomever reports the data to the media does have a reason to lie...to perpetuate the fear and state control. "Oh, I said 99 percent positive? I meant 9 percent...tee hee. Oops!". The only thing the public hears is 99 percent positive and then we're in lockdown another year. Yay!
