Anyone with half a brain that came up with those numbers (or even reported a news story on it) would say, "That doesn't seem right - better tally them again to be sure."

Fuck, it's like you're in 5th grade and trying to calculate the average of 10 different values and the result is greater than the largest of the 10 values. You know that can't be right.
