My doctor did the same. Told me to avoid people just as much if not more than usual and to wash my hands more often than normal if I'm out of my normal environment. Basically, keep living my life and just realize that something is going around out there. Also alluded to not agreeing with the numbers and figures. Doc is pretty based.
