Bill was a Rhodes Scholar and was kicked kicked out of the school and sent back to the USA as part of a hush campaign when he was accused of rape by one of the Oxford Students. To my knowledge that is the first documented rape/sexual assault allegation.
Gee, I wonder if other countries ever have anything like this happen.
