Anyone else notice that he is clearly reading off a teleprompter, and there are obvious scene cuts between parts? I wonder how many takes it took to sound good and not like he has dementia for each clip. It's going to be great when he gets in a debate setting, can't wait.

Yes I did notice that. Think of this as well, most of these videos have been screened and edited, another words, this is the best they can put out. Can you imagine what hits the cutting room floor. The President will destroy him in a debate.
