Usually its at least a year, sometimes 4 years. No trial until 02/2021
Damn...hope she makes it!
That's LIGHTENING FAST for a trial from scratch...only 7 months. Usually its at least a year, sometimes 4 years. There are also special 'remand' jails for accused pleading not guilty to sit it out if they don't get bail.
I for sure heard them say July 12, 2021.
