Popular vote doesn't mean jack shit but that's how you get crazy leftists in support of getting rid of the electoral college. (I've seen a shit ton of people support this on Tumblr - not surprised.) They figure if they can't win properly, they'll try to bend the rules according to what fits for them. It's really pathetic.
