The article mentions that he was unfit for sentencing which propably means that he has an IQ of 60 or whatever, which isn't far removed from other members of the great ape family. Just put the guy in some sort of institution if he's criminally violent.

It's really not okay to let emotions guide you to make dumb decisions. Man gets arrested for breaking the law 67 times? He can no longer be part of society...and you don't wait until that number is 67 before you make that decision.
